After initial contact with Todd Arend, the General Manager of A C Marketech International Ltd., the following steps are taken:
1. Signing of a confidentiality/Non-disclosure agreement
2. Send product to ACMI
3. Review of product, advising of possible changes
4. Review of production and marketing possibilities
5. Investigate intellectual property protections
6. Production of mock-up samples
7. Showing of products to key accounts
8. Gauge overall interest in product
9. Decline/proceed with production-determine your royalty payments
10. Product Launch
